“Hello, I’m Wanda Keenan, MBA, the CEO of Wanda Solutions. My life’s work is dedicated to delivering exceptional results.

From early on in my career, I identified my strengths were in technology, people management, and problem-solving. While working as a Technologist for the BBC TV and Radio, these skills won me a Hero Gram, an award for outstanding achievement, for successfully delivering multiple projects concurrently within the News department, Eastenders production and Children’s division. This led to me being personally mentored by then BBC Director General, Mark Thompson.

My professional journey has taken me from television to the expansive realms of the business world, where I have consistently delivered projects ahead of schedule across various sectors. With one global e-commerce project leading me to work in Las Vegas and getting a helipcopter ride into the Grand Canyon. Outside the office, I indulge my passion for writing and performing stand-up comedy, taking profitible shows to the Edinburgh Fringe and recently winning a prestigious comedy competition in 2023. I am also an avid scuba diver and tennis player, and I contribute my time and insights on the boards of the Women’s Institute and the Downend and Frenchay Tennis Club.

In 2022, I earned a Master's degree (MBA) with Distinction, topping my cohort and crafting a dissertation that developed a comprehensive framework for organisations to champion Social Mobility, Inclusivity, and Diversity (Keenan SMID Framework - KSF). This framework had been requested by multiple businesses, and was informed by collaborations with BP, Microsoft, Lloyds Banking Group, Pinsent Mason, Rolls Royce and Auto Trader. The KSF aligns organisations with the 2030 United Nations Sustainability Goals.

Though Bristol, UK is where I call home, my commitment to transformative change transcends geographical boundaries. I am fully prepared for extended consulting engagements, ready to bring Wanda Solutions’ expertise to wherever it is needed most.
